The value of tmnxXiomEquippedLevel indicates the XIOM functional-level
variant that is physically inserted into this slot in this chassis.  If
the value of tmnxXiomAssignedLevel is not equal to the value of
tmnxXiomEquippedLevel, a mismatch alarm will be raised.
