column TmnxSETSRefAlarm 
The value of tmnxSyncIfTimingSyncEAlarm indicates the alarms on the
Synchronous Ethernet (SyncE) reference.  If any of the bits is set to '1',
then the SyncE reference is disqualified by the timing subsystem and the value of
tmnxSyncIfTimingSyncEQualified is set to 'not-qualified'.
