The value of tmnxSyncIfTimingRefOrder1 indicates the most preferred
timing reference source.
              
Four different timing input references may be specified in the
reference order ('bits', 'reference1', 'reference2', and 'ptp').
              
The synchronous equipment timing subsystem chooses a reference based
on priority.
