column TmnxSETSRefQualified 
The value of tmnxSyncIfTimingPTPQualified indicates whether the
Precision Timing Protocol (PTP) timing reference is qualified for use
by the synchronous timing subsystem.  If tmnxSyncIfTimingPTPQualified
is set to 'not-qualified', then the object tmnxSyncIfTimingPTPAlarm
gives the reason for the disqualification.
