column TmnxSETSRefAlarm 
The value of tmnxSyncIfTimingPTPAlarm indicates the alarms on the
Precision Timing Protocol (PTP) reference.  If any of the bits is set
to '1', then the PTP reference is disqualified by the timing subsystem
and the value of tmnxSyncIfTimingPTPQualified is set to
'not-qualified'.
