column TmnxSETSRefQualified 
The value of tmnxSyncIfTimingOtherCPMQual indicates whether the
timing reference from the other CPM is qualified for use by the
synchronous timing subsystem on the local CPM.  If
tmnxSyncIfTimingOtherCPMQual is 'not-qualified', then the object
tmnxSyncIfTimingOtherCPMAlarm gives the reason for disqualification.
