column TmnxSETSRefAlarm 
The value of tmnxSyncIfTimingOtherCPMAlarm indicates the alarms on the
timing reference from the other CPM.  If any of the bits is set to
'1', then the reference is disqualified by the timing subsystem and the
value of tmnxSyncIfTimingOtherCPMQual is set to 'not-qualified'.
