column TmnxSETSRefAlarm 
The value of tmnxSyncIfTimingGnssAlarm indicates the alarms on the GNSS timing
reference.  If any of the bits is set to '1', then the GNSS reference is
disqualified by the timing subsystem and the value of
tmnxSyncIfTimingGnssQualified is set to 'not-qualified'.
