column TmnxSETSRefAlarm 
The value of tmnxSyncIfTimingBITS2Alarm indicates the alarms on the
BITS2 reference.  If any of the bits is set to '1', then the BITS2
reference is disqualified by the timing subsystem and the value of
tmnxSyncIfTimingBITSQualified is set to 'not-qualified'.
