notification 
[CAUSE] The tmnxPhysChassisPMInputFeed notification is generated if
any one of the input feeds for a given power module is not supplying
power.
          
[EFFECT] There is an increased risk of system power brownouts or
blackouts.
          
[RECOVERY] Restore all of the input feeds that are not supplying
power.
