[CAUSE] The tmnxPhysChassPwrSupWrgFanDir notification is generated
when the airflow direction of the power supply's fan is incorrect.
          
[EFFECT] The power supply is not cooling properly and may overheat.
          
[RECOVERY] Replace the power supply with one that has the proper fan
direction.
