- localPhyFault : One or more members have a local PHY fault.
- remotePhyFault : One or more members received remote PHY fault.
- badGroupNumber : One or more PHY instances received a bad group
number.
- badPhyNumber : One or more PHY instances received a bad PHY
number.
- badPhyInstanceNumber : One or more PHY instances received a bad PHY
instance number.
- flexEMapMismatch : The received FlexE map does not map the
local map.
- clientCalendarError : One or more PHY instances received an invalid
calendar.
- calendarInUseError : One or more PHY instances received an indication
of the wrong calendar in use.
