The value of tmnxMDAResetOnRecoverableError specifies whether or not
the system resets the MDA when there are fatal memory parity errors on
one of the Q-chips on the card with which this MDA is associated.
              
If the value of tmnxMDAResetOnRecoverableError is 'true (1)' and there
is a fatal memory parity error on a Q-chip, the system will reset the
MDA but not fail it, even if tmnxMDAFailOnError is 'true (1)'.
