tmnxMDAIsaTunnelGroupInUse

The value of tmnxMDAIsaTunnelGroupInUse indicates if this MDA is
active in the Integrated Service Adaptor (ISA) tunnel group indicated
by tmnxMDAIsaTunnelGroup.
              
This object has meaning only when the ISA tunnel group is configured
to be multi-active (i.e. tmnxIPsecIsaGrpMultiActive in
tmnxIPsecIsaGrpTable is 'true (1)'). In all other cases, the value of
this object is equal to 'false (2)'
