Object
The value of tmnxMDAAtmMode specifies the maximum number of Virtual
Circuits for the MDA.
On MDA's that do not support ATM, 'notApplicable' is the only allowed
value and this is also the default value.
On MDA's that support ATM, the default value is 'max8kVc'.
