Table to store entries for Groups of IPSec Integrated Service
Adaptors. The table tmnxIPsecIsaGrpTable used to create and remove
IPsec ISA groups. An IPsec ISA group is used to represent multiple
hardware adaptors as a single entity. This allows for warm redundancy
to be run between two IPsec ISAs.
