The value of tmnxGnssOperState indicates the operational state operational state of the GNSS receiver. In order for the operational state to be 'inService(2)', tmnxGnssAdminState must be 'inService(2)', and tmnxHwAdminState for the corresponding MDA must also be 'inService(2)'.
