to allocate separate fabric planes to allocate high bandwidth
multicast traffic taps.
              
tmnxFPHiBwMcastGroup must be set in the same SNMP request PDU with
tmnxFPHiBwMcastSource or an 'inconsistentValue' error will be
returned.
