The value of tmnxFPHiBwMcastGroup specifies the group of high
bandwidth multicast traffic taps to which this tap belongs.
              
A value of '0' specifies that this tap is not a member of any High
Bandwidth Multicast group.
              
tmnxFPHiBwMcastGroup must be set in the same SNMP request PDU with
tmnxFPHiBwMcastSource or an 'inconsistentValue' error will be
returned.
