[CAUSE] The tmnxEqPowerSupplyPemACRectAlm alarm is generated if any
one of the AC rectifiers for a given power supply is in a failed state
or is missing.
          
[EFFECT] There is an increased risk of the power supply failing,
causing insufficient power to the system.
          
[RECOVERY] Bring the AC rectifiers back online.
          
This notification was made obsolete in release 15.0.
