Object

notification 
[CAUSE] The tmnxEqLowSwitchFabricCap alarm is generated when the total
switch fabric capacity becomes less than the IOM capacity due to link
failures. At least one of the taps on the IOM is below 100% capacity.
          
[EFFECT] There is diminished switch fabric capacity to forward
service-impacting information.
          
[RECOVERY] If the system does not self-recover, the IOM must be
rebooted.
