notification
[CAUSE] The tmnxEqCardPChipCamEvent notification is generated when
either an IOM or a CPM experiences a persistent occurrence of a PChip
CAM error. On a CPM card, the tmnxCardComplexNumber will be fixed to
the value zero (0).
