The tmnxCpmCardEquippedType indicates the CPM card type that is
physically inserted into this slot in this chassis.  If the slot has
been pre-provisioned, tmnxCpmCardAssignedType is not equal to 1
(unassigned), and the value of tmnxCpmCardEquippedType is not the same
as tmnxCpmCardAssignedType, a mismatch alarm will be raised.
