The tmnxCpmCardAssignedType specifies the administratively assigned
(pre-provisioned) CPM card type defined in tmnxCardTypeTable that
should occupy this slot in this chassis.  If tmnxCpmCardAssignedType
has a value of 1 (unassigned), this slot has not yet been
pre-provisioned.
