The value of tmnxChassisPEQInputPowerMode specifies the input power
mode of the PEQ.
A value of zero indicates that the input power mode is not applicable
for the PEQ. An SNMP SET request with a value of zero is not
permitted.
This object was made obsolete in release 15.0.
