The value of tmnxCcagPathCcQueuePlcy specifies the network egress
queue policy. If the value of tmnxCcagPathCcType is not 'netsap', the
value of this object is meaningless and an attempt to set it will
result in an inconsistentValue error.
              
This object was made obsolete in release 21.2.
