The value of tmnxCcagPathCcMtu specifies the MTU of the path indexed
by tmnxCcagId, tmnxCcagPathId, and tmnxCcagPathCcType. When the value
is '0', the real MTU is calculated internally.
              
This object was made obsolete in release 21.2.
