The value of tmnxCardHashSeedShift specifies the number of bits the hash seed result is shifted. The hash seed result obtained by shifting up to 16 bits is used by the hash polynomial tmnxLoadBalancingHashEcmpPoly and tmnxLoadBalancingHashLagPoly, to optimize the load balancing distribution of packet flows under ECMP and LAG.
