The value of tmnxBluetoothPowerState specifies the power state of the
Bluetooth Bluetooth module(s). The states are defined as follows:
          
   off (0)                 - The Bluetooth module(s) are disabled.
   enabled-manual (1)      - The Bluetooth module(s) are enabled, but not
                             automatically advertising.
   enabled-automatic (2)   - The Bluetooth module(s) are enabled and
                             automatically advertising.
