The value of the object tFpIxrResEgrArpExtAlloc indicates the number
of Egress Encapsulation entries that are currently in use by ARP/ND
and MPLS LSPs Extended applications on this FP.
              
ARP and ND resolutions and MPLS LSPs operations after a reflow with
large label stack may consume entries from ARP Extended banks.
              
Number of entries available can grow dynamically when compatible free
banks are available and are claimed.
