tFPResSubHostTotal, tFPResEncapGrpMemberTotal,
tFPResEgrNetQGrpMapTotal and tFPResDot1xHostTotal since subscriber
host resources, encap-group members resources and egress network
queue-group mappings resources are subsets of dynamic service entry
resources.
