number of Service Activation Test (SAT) traffic generator resources
supported on this chassis.
              
When the value of tChassisResEprirSatTrafGenTotal is zero, it
indicates that this resource type is not supported on this chassis.
              
The value of tChassisResEprirSatTrafGenTotal will always be less than
or equal to tChassisResEprirTotal since SAT traffic generator
resources are a subset of Egress Packet Re-injection Resources
(EPRIR).
