of dynamic service next-hop entries currently in use on this chassis.
The value of tChassisResDynSvcNHEntryAlloc will always equal to the
sum of tChassisResIpSecNHEntryAlloc and tChassisResSubNHEntryAlloc
since IPsec next-hop and subscriber next-hop resources are subsets of
dynamic service next-hop entry resources.
