number of free shared Common LIF entries that are currently available
on this chassis.
              
Common LIF pool is used by variety of applications including BGP-LU,
SAPs, SDP-Bindings, EVPN Service, IP interfaces, RTM, Sync/PTP and
BFD.
              
Total allocatable is typically platform hardware independent and is a
representation of Control Plane allocation.
