The value of the object tCardIxrResMplsEcmpGroupsAlloc indicates the
number of MPLS ECMP Group entries that are currently in use on this
card.
              
MPLS applications like LDP or Segment Routing requires an entry to
program (MPLS layer) ECMP when available and ECMP is enabled.
              
This object is deprecated in release 23.10
