column SNMPv2-SMIUnsigned32 
The value of the object tCardIxrResGrpFecsTotal indicates the maximum
number of FEC Group entries that are allowed on this card to be used
by different applications on this card.
              
Group FECs are required on per ECMP group, also known as ECMP
destination basis.
              
Level-1 is used by IP ECMP applications while Level-2 FEC may be used
by labeled or IP ECMP applications.
