The tmnxCflowdVRtrIfEntry consists of the configurable objects for
Cflowd on a given virtual router interface in the system. A Cflowd
profile controls the sampling and analysis of data flow through the
router.
Entries are created and deleted via SNMP SET operations using
tmnxCflowdVRtrIfRowStatus.
