The value of tmnxCflowdSampleProfileRate specifies the sampling rate
associated with this sample profile. The value specifies the rate at
which traffic is sampled and forwarded for Cflowd analysis on this
interface. A value of one (1) causes all packets to be analyzed. The
default value '1000' causes every 1000th packet to be analyzed.
