The tmnxCflowdSampleProfileRate specifies the sampling rate associated
with this sample profile. The value specifies the rate at which
traffic is sampled and forwarded for Cflowd analysis on this
interface. A value of one (1) causes all packets to be analyzed. The
default value '1000' causes every 1000th packet to be analyzed.
