The value of tmnxCFHostCollTemplateSet specifies the template-set used
by this remote collector host. If the tmnxCFHostCollVersion is not set
to the version 9 or 10, the tmnxCFHostTemplateSet is limited to
'notApplicable(0)'. When the tmnxCFHostCollVersion is set to version 9
or 10 the tmnxCFHostTemplateSet is defaulted to 'basic (1)'.
