column r/w TmnxCellularBands 
The value of tmnxCellSimCardBandsConfig specifies a set of cellular
bands to enable on the SIM.
              
Up to a maximum of 3 bits may be set to enable up to 3 LTE bands
simultaneously.
              
Attempts to set tmnxCellSimCardBandsConfig to enable a band that is
not part of tmnxCellMdaBandsSupported will fail with an
inconsistentValue error.
              
tmnxCellSimCardBandsConfig and tmnxCellSimCardBandsUse3g must be set
together in the same SNMP request PDU or else the set request will
fail with an inconsistentValue error.
