   adminDown(0)        - URL Filter is administratively down.
   noAaIf(1)           - missing AA interface configuration.

   icapServerDown(3)   - unable to establish connection with
                         ICAP server(s).
   urlListDown(4)      - the referenced URL list is operationally
                         down.
   webServiceDown(5)   - unable to establish all connections with the
                         web service classifier.
