The value of tmnxBsxTcpValEventLogAll specifies whether the TCP
validation template event logging is complete. If set to 'true (1)',
all dropped TCP packets will be logged. Note that
tmnxBsxTcpValEventLogAll may only be changed to 'true (1)' if the
value tmnxBsxTcpValEventLog is non-default
