The value of tmnxBsxPolicerGtpFlowCountLmt specifies whether or not GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTP) flow-count limiting is enabled. When 'enabled (1)', and tmnxBsxPolicerType for this row has a value of 'flowCountLimit (4)', and the corresponding tmnxBsxGtpAdminState in tmnxBsxGtpEntry is 'inService (2)', only GTP flows are subject to the tmnxBsxPolicerAdminPIR (if non-default). When 'disabled (2)', GTP flows are treated the same as other flows.
