defined in TIMETRA-QOS-MIB::tNetworkQueueTable for all traffic
ingressing from the ISA-AA MDA.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 7.0 and replaced with the
TIMETRA-CHASSIS-MIB::tmnxMDANetworkIngQueues in the
TIMETRA-CHASSIS-MIB::tmnxMDATable.
