Object
The value of tmnxBsxChargeGrpRowStatus specifies the
row status. It allows entries to be created
and deleted in the tmnxBsxChargeGrpCfgTable. To
delete an entry, all references to this charging
group must be removed.

tmnxBsxAaGrpPartIndex are equal and tmnxBsxAppChargeGrp matches the
tmnxBsxChargeGrpName.
