The value of tmnxBsxCflowdExpOvdPrefix specifies the ifname prefix used
in the cflowd records generated when the tmnxBsxCflowdExpOvdMode is set
to the mobile value.  This item is ignored when the override mode is set
to default or ifname-obfuscate.
