The value of tmnxBsxAsoValRowStatus specifies the
row status.  It allows entries to be created
and deleted in the tmnxBsxAsoValTable.  To
delete an entry, all references to this
value in tmnxBsxAppProfCharValName in the
tmnxBsxAppProfCharTable and the tmnxBsxAqpCharTable
must be deleted.
