The value of tmnxBsxAsoRowStatus specifies the
row status.  It allows entries to be created
and deleted in the tmnxBsxAsoTable.  To
delete an entry, all references to this
characteristic in tmnxBsxAppProfCharCharName in
the tmnxBsxAppProfTable and the tmnxBsxAqpCharTable
must be deleted.
