The value of tmnxBsxAqpStatsFlows indicates the number of flows that
have hit this entry.
              
In certain cases, a flow may change its
attributes thus undergoing a second policy
evaluation.  In these cases, the flow may
be counted against two different AQP entries.
              
This object was obsoleted in release 9.0 and replaced with the
tmnxBsxAqpStatsHCFlows and its 32-bit associated objects.
