The value of tmnxBsxAqpSapSubscrPortId along with
tmnxBsxAqpSapSubscrEncapValue specifies a Service Access Point (SAP)
subscriber. A SAP subscriber matching this criteria is used to resolve
to an AQP action.
              
This object was obsoleted in R9.0 and replaced with the
tmnxBsxAqpAaSubscriber object.
